This morning's bomb down Dharmapala Mw (at about 10:35am) was somewhere near the MTV hoarding at the Junction of Flower road and Dharmapala Mw. Initial reports claim the target was warmonger, Gotabaya Rajapakse.
A suicide bomber seems to have been involved and people in the area claim to have heard what sounded like indiscriminate shooting. If you have more details update them here please.
